Out of Body Experience (part 1)

FACT: Humans have the ability to send their soul out of their body. Almost every night, our soul travels outside of our body while still being connected to it. This ability is what we call ASTRAL PROJECTION/TRAVEL (Out of Body Experience). (Ferolino 2011)

Remember lying on your bed with paralyzed muscles and disabled speaking/shouting skills?
You can’t move.
You can’t shout.
You can’t wake up.

You sometimes feel a presence of somebody standing
beside your bed while there ain’t any.

You sometimes feel an invisible entity pressing hard on your chest.

You sometimes hear terrible noises or conversations even if there
were no other persons in your room. You even hear children’s laughters.

THIS is only the introduction of Astral Projection.
We call it SLEEP PARALYSIS.
This ain’t dangerous.
This is a just normal sleep activity.
Our body needs to be paralyzed when we go to sleep
to avoid acting out our dreams in the REM Sleep
(because Sleep Walking is not normal).

Sleep Paralysis happens when our body is asleep while our mind is still awake (or is suddenly awaken).

Our body shuts down during the stage so that our dreams in the REM Sleep could not be acted out. That is why during this time, we cannot move a muscle and we cannot speak, but if you noticed, we can still breathe.
The feeling of suffocation created by an invisible entity as i have said earlier is just a hallucination of the sleeper because of fright while experiencing this stage.

Hallucinations such as seeing blurry images, smokes, and the like,
hearing noises like scratching, roaring, hissing, laughing, talking, etc.,
or feeling like there’s someone inside your room other than you if there weren’t any, go with the Sleep Paralysis Stage.

I have been experiencing Sleep Paralysis almost every night while trying to sleep.
I have also avoided seeing hallucinations which scares me. I have done it by having
positive and bright thoughts during the stage.

Humans create their own fears. their own hallucinations.

When most people experience Sleep Paralysis, immediately their mind
tells them to be afraid and panic. Most believed in the Bangungot Myth
(Bangungot is depicted in the Philippines as a mythological creature called Batibat. This hag-like creature sits on the victim’s face or chest so as to immobilize and suffocate him.) which then results in actually seeing what they imagined to be BANGUNGOT or worse feeling suffocated.
Bangungot, trying to suffocate a man

I have had many Sleep Paralysis experiences but I do not see Batibat in even one of them. It’s because I know a myth is just a myth! And I can create my own hallucinations. Now that you already know how our mind creates our fears, would you still believe in the BANGUNGOT Myth?
However, I do not say that Bangungot or Sudden Unexpected Nocturnal Deaths do not happen because some researchers now hypothesize that SUNDs may closely relate to Sleep Paralysis. SUNDs happen when all the parts of the body are paralyzed, including the cardiac muscles and diaphragm. This probably is the result of the shortage in oxygen distribution in the blood.
I think the main difference between the Sleep Paralysis and SUNDs is the breathing capacity. When you can easily breathe, it may just be a Sleep Paralysis. When you feel there’s something wrong with your breathing, it may probably result to a SUND. So be careful. Anyway, Sleep Paralysis is only a

There are also signs we can tell that a person has just experienced Astral Projection. If you remember flying in your dreams, falling during the flight and then waking up because you thought you fell hardly on your bed (usually accompanied by a sharp jerk/jolt), you sometimes float above your sleeping body, those are the signs that you have just came from an Out of Body Experience.

I don’t really say that once you experience flying in your dreams, it is actually
an Out of Body Experience. It could be. Most of the flying dreams are not dreams
but an Astral Travel.

The falling sensation you experience is really a falling scenario when you can see it. It means that your soul is returning to its physical body.

The sharp jolt you felt was actually the result of the hard landing of your soul
from the episode.

Seeing your body in a dream? It’s not a dream!Your soul is actually floating above your body during the onset of AP.

YOU’VE EXPERIENCED ALL OF THESE HUH?

I KNOW YOU HAVE THAT FEELING OF DOUBT.
THE WHAT IF’S PLAYING ON YOUR MIND.

“What if i can’t get back to my body?”
“What if i will be possessed by a demon?”
“What if i die?”

WHAT IF’s …

Well. That's what most people think. Ask people who have experienced this thing, or read more about this whole phenomenon, then you surely remove those doubts around your head. (Here is my experience: Click Here) HAVE A GOOD NIGHT SLEEP TONIGHT! :)
